Scientific collaborations

Our international success is based on continuous R&D and strong collaborations with prestigious academic institutions, such as the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Milan (Departments of Physics-Chemistry and Geology) and the Polytechnic University of Milan (Department of Metallurgy).

We also collaborate with research laboratories of major steel groups and actively participate in the world’s major technical debates in the industry including POSTECH (South Korea), Montanuniversität Leoben (Austria), KTH Royal Institute of Technology (Sweden), SWERIM and KIMAB (Sweden).

Collaborations

Since 2016, we have established a strategic partnership with the RHI-Magnesita Group, a global leader in refractories, which distributes our products worldwide.

Prosimet has signed a cooperation agreement with the company Reinguss s.r.o., which specializes in the engineering and production of customized solutions for industrial automation, for the design and implementation of an ingot powder feeding system.

These partnerships allow us to integrate complementary skills, combining know-how in the production of high-quality materials with the most advanced automation and control technologies. In this way, we can offer comprehensive, tailor-made solutions capable of responding to customers’ most specific needs, improving process efficiency and contributing to safer, more stable and sustainable production.
